The long-standing problem is resolved with retrofitted anti-icing snow melting.

For snow removal on the roof, only the dangerous outer perimeter of the roof is equipped with exposed stainless steel piping for melting snow!

We would like to introduce a case where the installation of an after-the-fact snow melting system has resolved a long-standing issue. Mr. Y, who lives just 2-3 minutes away by car from our company, contacted us last summer with a consultation about making his hand-dug roof, which had been a source of concern due to snow eaves, safer. Since it was a snow-covered roof, we melted the snow only around the dangerous outer perimeter using exposed stainless steel piping, and we received an email with photos from the person in charge, expressing joy that it melted just as they had hoped. There is nothing more satisfying than being able to bring our customer's ideas to life and seeing their happiness. This marks the beginning of a long relationship. Road surface snow melting (PEX embedded) snow shoveling, snow throwing, snow sweeping.

Using continuous piping of a single circuit and single roll! We will ensure that there are no joints in the buried sections!

We would like to introduce our "Road Surface Snow Melting (PEX Embedded Type)." In the past, polybutene pipes were used for road surface snow melting, but now high-density cross-linked polyethylene pipes (PEX), which are lightweight, flexible, and rich in workability and durability, have become mainstream. In the event of a leak in road surface snow melting, it becomes difficult to identify the leak location and repair the piping when embedded in the pavement slab. To minimize this risk as much as possible, we use a continuous piping system with one circuit per roll and ensure that there are no joints in the embedded section. 【Features】 ■ Generally, we plan for embedding within concrete pavement slabs. ■ When embedding within asphalt pavement slabs, we use high-temperature resistant aluminum polyethylene composite pipes, etc. ■ There are cases where construction is carried out while cooling with cold water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
